Thank you for considering a donation to Vihan Jankalyan Seva Sansthan. Your support enables us to carry out our mission of serving the needy and uplifting society. We are deeply grateful for your generosity.
Vihan Jankalyan Seva Sansthan operates as a non-profit charitable organization. All donations made to us are voluntary contributions towards our various social welfare programs. As such, we generally do not offer any refunds or cancellations for donations once they are processed.
It is your choice to donate and help us in our societal endeavors, and these contributions are utilized directly for our charitable activities.
Our Stance on Refunds and Cancellations
Once a donation is made and processed through our website (https://vihanjankalyansewasansthan.org/) or any other means, it is considered final and non-refundable. We kindly request that you be sure of your decision before making a donation.
We do not provide any options for cancellation of donations by the donor once the transaction is complete.
Exception for Technical Errors
Vihan Jankalyan Seva Sansthan has established a limited refund policy applicable solely in instances where a demonstrable error or technical issue on our payment processing system has resulted in:
- Double payments for a single intended donation, or
- An excess amount being debited beyond the intended donation amount due to a technical fault.
In such specific cases:
- Donors must notify Vihan Jankalyan Seva Sansthan via email at Vihanjankalyansewasanthan@yahoo.com and submit their refund request along with proof of the error (e.g., bank statement showing double debit) within 7 (seven) days of the donation date.
- Upon verification of the technical error by our team and/or payment gateway service providers, refunds are expected to be processed within 30 (thirty) working days from the date the valid request is acknowledged by us.
- Details regarding the refund process for such exceptional cases will be communicated through email, providing comprehensive information.
- Any refunds approved under this exception will be issued either via account payee cheque or NEFT, exclusively in the name of the original donor.
Please note that refund or cancellation requests for online donations made through the payment gateway, other than for the specific technical errors mentioned above, will not be considered once the donation has been accepted, unless a specific fraud notification has been issued by our payment gateway service providers concerning the transaction.
